| The Employee
Services Management Association, (ESM Association), is a nonprofit
association that serves as an information resource network for
members nationwide. These members are responsible for
implementing and maintaining a diverse range of employee services.
The ESM Association believes that employee services, practical
solutions to work/life issues, are essential to sound business
management. These programs improve relations between employees and
management, increase overall productivity, boost morale and reduce
absenteeism and turnover. Each member of the ESM Association receives
a subscription to ESM Magazine. Other member services
include: Resource information, our National Conference &
Exhibit, Access to onMYtime.com, Listserve
service, plus much more.
As a member of
the ESM Association, you will receive the Employee Services
Management magazine published 10
times a year. It provides in-depth articles on topics of specific
interest such as wellness programs, legal issues, employee stores,
etc. This magazine
also includes the "Keynotes" section that provides
programming ideas, as well as management techniques. (This
will soon be "going green" as an online newsletter!)
In
addition, the association also
publishes many special reports and books. The association can also provide you with the bottom-line
data you need to support your employee services and recreation
