Initially formed in 1941 to promote employee loyalty, fellowship, high morale and physical & mental development, the ESM Association of Central Florida, Inc.,
has been a major contributor to professionalizing the field of employee services and recreation. It continues today to be a viable part of human resources management.
The ESM Association can assist your organization in meeting the challenges of a rapidly changing workplace and in adapting those changes through creative employee programming.

Your Associate Membership gives you access to many Central Florida employees, retirees, and their families; through the employee
service managers who are responsible for operating discount buying programs, service award programs, employee stores, employee leisure travel, health & fitness programs, and a whole lot more.

There are two main types of membership:
Organizational Members
Individuals in companies that strive to enhance the quality of life for employees by implementing employee stores, community services,
convenience services, dependent care, recreation programs, recognition programs, special events, travel services, voluntary benefits
and wellness programs for employees.
Associate Members
Associate Members are suppliers that sell products or services such as award products, family entertainment centers, hotels/resorts,
merchandise/discount programs, professional services, photo services, sportswear, employee store merchandise, travel services, and
visitors and convention bureaus.
